1972 (J series) Suzuki GT750 that is completely restored in our shop to show/concours condition. No cost are spared on this restoration!.

DISCRIPTION :
 
This 1972 Suzuki 3 cilinder bike is a true historical Icon and the FIRST of its model range and in the great looking and factory original Candy colors. A very desriable bike indeed !

Frame and engine are numbers match & the bike comes with its original exhausts which are currently send out for new chrome !. Its frame and engine numbers show its a late 72, one of the last produced in that year. 

We found this original Dutch bike with only 25000! km on the odometer !, and in super original and complete condition but it we decided it needed a full blown restoration to get it back to it's former glory days. Only NOS parts were used, and this bike is very correct and factory original in every detail. VERY rare these days !
 
This bike was completely dissasembled and every component was restored and rebuild. The frame and swingarm were sandblasted and powdercoated and the engine was completely rebuild at the same time.
 
All the electrics, chrome, emblems, decall's, wheels and tires, nuts and bolts, brakes and front fork were restored and the bike received new spokes and new nos rims and tires. Nothing was left untouched. New, correct shocks and front springs were installed aswell. The cooling system and radiator were rebuild and equipped with all original components and hoses and clamps.It also has it's original cooling fan and thermostat still in place !
 
The gastank and side covers got new paint and fresh emblems. And the gauges were also completely restored to the correct original 72J style and in as new condition. All the alu parts were cleaned and look great but not overrestored. NO cost were spared and more than 12000 Euro was invested in the parts and chrome and paint alone.
 
The bikes looks stunning in its factory correct candy paint and all the details and emblems are in fantastic condition. The exhaust are also still the original ones ( very rare!) and the were completely cleaned re-chromed and installed with new chrome rings.
 
This bike truelly is a rare find and with this mileage really collectible and a great investment aswell. The are getting harder and harder to find and especially original ones like this bike is.

You cant' just compare this bike with most others out there as it has not only been restored, but the fact that this bike is numbers match and has all the correct components and details makes it very rare. Most early bikes have been kept togheter with wrong parts and also many times complete engine's that were changed, not this bike ! and it only had 24k km on the odo before we started the restoration. This is a real investment grade piece ! that you can also drive and enjoy. 

The 3 cilinder two stroke engine is very smooth and throttle repsonsive and this bikes drives BETTER as the day it left the showroom floor back in 1972. Really a lovely bike to own and enjoy.
 
DRIVETRAIN :
 
Factory original and matching number 750 CC 3 Cilinder two stroke with point ignition and 3 carbs. Everything fully rebuild with new seals, bearings, new pistons and piston rings, rebuild oil and waterpump, new gaskets and more. The carbs were also rebuild, cleaned and fully tested and tuned. The clutch and gearbox were also rebuild and the chain and sprockets are also all new.  It's now a fresh 0 km engine.

The engine details were not over restored and we left most alu parts and details original and untouched, it looks sweat !

Everything is damage free and restored and the paint is stunning with a deep shine. All emblems and decall's are also in as new condition and look stunning.
