'79 HONDA CBX 1000-6 cil- mildly restored!

Very Original and correct 79' Honda CBX with a mild restoration and engine serviced and it's TURN key ready . It runs like a dream and the engine runs very quiet. The bike has 48k km on the odo.
 
The bike is NUMBERS correct ( correct engine and frame )
 
The factory Pereus Silver Metallic paint is in very good condition and factory correct and looks amazing with no damages. All striping and decalls are in great shape as well.
 
DISCRIPTION :
 
This CBX (Z) is from the first model range and is painted in the factory original and gorgeous Purseus silver metallic paint. It has only driven 48000 km on the odo which we believe is correct, but the engine is also fully checked, serviced and updated and and runs as new today.
 
The bike is overall a very nice example, but it's not been overrestored and is close to concourse condition.
 
But overall it's a great driver/show quality bike and very complete and correct.Very low km's for a 45+ year old classic icon and the engine and all other specs have been serviced and the carbs were rebuild alwell Just a great engine and a great looking bike !.
This bike is a true rare and iconic bike !.
 
You dont get to see them much in this original and clean condition.The bike is mildly restored but everything on the bike is very original and factory correct and in very good condition.You can clearly see the low original mileage on it as all parts are in very healthy condition.
 
We havel testdriven the bike for 50km when we complete it and set the carbs and all is in great condition.
 
Great and good engine ! with almost to non clutch chatter as most CBX's have almost standard !. It runs super quiet !
 
The 6 cilinder engine is very smooth and throttle repsonsive and this bikes is also fast as everything was fine tuned in our shop.
 
These first edition CBX bikes go up in vallue fast and there getting very hard to find, especially in this condition and with low mileages.The also had more HP and torque than the later model editions. And keep in mind that this bike is TURN key ready and needs nothing.
 
You can't compare this low mile bike with just any other bikes out there as no costs were spared to make it in this condition.
 
Many older bikes you see online are maybe in great shape, but if not driven every now and then be aware these bikes can, and will have isseus ! and costs of rebuild or resto are extremly high.
 
A bike of this caliber needs to be well maintained and driven on a regular basis !. With this bike everything was checked, rebuild and mildly restored, so you are free of these wurries as the bike is in perfect as new shape.
 
DRIVETRAIN :
 
Rebuild 1050 CC 6 Cilinder with dual overhead camshafts and 24 valves and 6 carbs. Everything was checked and rebuild and the compression is great. Valves were done, Cam chain set and Carbs were rebuild and fully tested and tuned. The gearbox was checked and serviced aswell. Very smooth running bike !
 
The original wheels also look almost as new. All electrics, brakes, suspension, tires are all in very good and functional condition.

Many euro's and many labour hours alone went into the tech work to make this bike in as new condition.
 
BODY AND PAINT :
 
The paint is very good and in and correct factory color, it has all it's original emblems, stripes, decalls and factory warning decalls, everything on the bike is functional and in working condition.

The frame and all other components are freshly coated and in great condition. The engine and details look very clean and as new and very nicely detailed. Just a very clean and well maintained engine, just how you would want it.
 
This is one gorgeous CBX with low miles and everything in amazing condition. Its almost as good as new, but it's not new keep that in mind... it's still a 45 year ol' classic but well mantained and checked up.

You dont find them like this anymore. It was also completely checked and serviced in our shop.

So if you are looking for a quality bike, This CBX might be your next bike. NO COSTS were spared to make this one a true collector bike. So dont compare this bike with others that are not serviced and ready !
